"AYS staff was a pleasure to work with. When I called, they were already familiar with the setup of our venue and had worked with our caterers many times before. They were always available by phone and responded quickly to emails. From the start, they were incredibly patient in explaining all the options and offering advice on everything—from what drinks to buy to how many cups and what sizes. I also loved that they provided all the little essentials (like napkins, corkscrews, etc.), which saved me a lot of hassle. They also gave great advice on having a signature cocktail, which helped direct traffic to one easy-to-serve drink, reducing lines and potentially lowering liquor costs. For our BBQ wedding, they suggested a hard lemonade similar to Del's Frozen Lemonade, and I’m still getting compliments on how delicious it was."

They were also very proactive in recognizing that we were running behind schedule for the cocktail hour and ensured the bar was closed at the right time to accommodate the caterer. When it was time to move the bar to a second location across the property, they handled it effortlessly. I’m not sure the bar ever truly shut down, and it was great."
